My sister told me how delicious the garlic shrimp pasta is in Conti's so Mike and I decided to eat there for lunch. All I can say is that the food there is mouthwatering. I ordered the garlic shrimp pasta while Mike ordered chicken roulade. Then there was New York cheesecake for dessert. 
Mike really enjoyed eating in Flavors of China. After two days of craving, he invited me to eat there again. I was at home watching Spiderwick when he started bugging me. Since I couldn't resist him, I gave in. It was around six in the evening when we met in the Block. We ordered seafood rice (we had to make sure there wasn't that much crab since Mike is allergic to crab), shark's fin dumpling (it's my favorite), and beef with asparagus.

Afterwards, we went home and started our movie marathon. We watched Spiderwick which I liked, The Bank Job which sucked (but Mike enjoyed it), and Definitely Maybe which I liked so much. What can I say? I'm a sucker for romance.
We did the same things we did last year. We ate lunch and we watched a movie. We ate lunch in Flavors of China.

I just watched Wanted. I liked the viper Angelina Jolie was driving. Two thumbs up for James McAvoy. His role here was way better than his role in The Last King of Scotland. 
Justine and I celebrated our birthday in Aveneto, Our special guests were Mike and Chitin. We were supposed to meet at 11 am, but I was fashionably late. Haha. We stayed in Aveneto for three hours because we had a lot of catching up to do. We walked around for awhile and took pictures but Justine had to go.
Happy mother's day to all the moms out there. (",) Anyway, I woke up at around 12 noon I think so it was time to eat lunch. I made the dessert my appetizer and then I ate lunch. Mike came in the afternoon and we spent time in the garden. There were such beautiful flowers that bloomed and it really felt like May. Since the garden was absolutely breathtaking, Mike and I decided to take some pictures in the garden. Of course, I wasn't contented so we went to the patio and took some more photos.
After dinner, we watched Christina Ricci's movie with James McAvoy, "Penelope". It was nice. I liked the plot.I wish I could write a story as nice as that. Oh boy! Here goes my frustration again. It was really funny. In fact, my stomach ached a little because I kept laughing. You should watch it. (",)
I watched Forbidden Kingdom right after our duty. It was hilarious. I liked it and I had no idea Jet Li was capable of making me laugh. However, I was so exhausted I fell asleep again. I'm telling you the "dozing off" part is becoming a trend. (",)
I spent my day giving health teachings to parents and their children about dengue in San Lazaro Hospital.
After our health teachings we had our case presentation and then we went home. As soon as I arrived, I immediately removed my uniform since I came from San Lazaro. I forgot to remove some items in my pockets and that's how my night turned into a nightmare. I left my money (which wasn't that bad) and I left my USB. I looked for it. Finally, I remembered where I placed it and I found it soaking wet. I wiped it and checked it but it wasn't working. I panicked because all my pictures and files for school were in it. I nearly cried but I prayed and went to sleep hoping everything would be fine the next day.
As soon as I woke up, I checked my usb again and guess what...it was working. Hahaha.
Happy Valentine's Day everyone. It's just too bad I won't be able to celebrate it with Mike. He gave me my present though. It's a green sweater (my favorite color is green) and the blouse I wanted. Anyway, I'll be spending my day in San Lazaro with my groupmates.
